Facebook is one of the foremost messaging apps that has an extensive user base. Facebook has plenty of options you can select, and there are lots of things you can do with this app than you might have thought. Here are several things you probably didn’t know you could do on FB and on Betting Site not on gamstop.
You can set up albums to showcase your photos, and you can also set up shared albums on Facebook. A shared album is one that multiple persons can add pictures to. To set up a shared album, click the Change to Share Album option at the top-left corner of an album you’ve created. Then input the contributors to add to the shared album and select Save.
Edit Your Photos
You can edit photos on your FB profile. You can do that with the LunaPic photo editor that has a variety of image-editing options. Just log in to your FB account with the LunaPic editor at this URL (https://apps.facebook.com/lunapic/) to edit your pictures.
Use a One-Time Password
If you’re logging in to Facebook via a network desktop, you can use a one-time password. To do that, you must first add your cell phone number to your FB settings. Then text ‘otp’ to 32665 to set up a temporary password that will last about 20 minutes.
You couldn’t always add animated GIFs to FB posts, but with further updates you can now do so. To post a GIF, right-click an animated GIF on website page, and select Copy Image URL (or Copy Image Location in Firefox). Then log in to your FB news feed and paste that into the What’s on your mind? status field. That will add the GIF below the URL so you can post it.
Disable the Seen Read Receipt
The FB chat window includes Seen receipts at the bottom. You can disable, or remove, those receipts from the box. You can do that with the Facebook Unseen Chrome extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/facebook-unseen/dmdhkalcecemojegheiohcghkamlipof).
Switch off Auto-Play Videos
Sometimes videos might automatically play in your news feeds. However, you can switch off the auto-play videos in FB to save your data plan. Select Settings, Videos and Photos and Auto-play where you can select a Smart Auto-play option. With that option you can switch off the auto-play videos.
You can also switch of notifications from FB posts. Click the down arrow at the top right of a post to open a drop-down menu. Then you can select a Unfollow option on the mobile app. The desktop option is Turn Off Notifications, which you can select to reduce notifications.
So those are some of the less obvious things you can do on Facebook. Those options and settings can certainly come in handy.
