Growing up, we go through several phases in life. In the adolescence we have all the energy in the world to run around all day playing around with our friends and siblings. Our thirties, however, is the age by which we must have most of our lives sorted. But it is no big deal if you don’t. Here is a general list that will help you navigate this tricky age:
Taken a Solo Trip
There is no experience like that of travelling. Then when it comes to travelling alone, there is absolutely no comparison. Before you are thirty, you must have at least picked an amazing place to travel to and gone there on your own. This gives you a complete sense of independence and the responsibility and pleasure that comes with it.
Face A Sporting Fear
While you are out travelling and living the independent life, why don’t you try your hand at an adventure sport. But why settle for any adventure sport while you have that independence and freedom and not a sport that you have always been afraid of trying. By 30, you should at least face your fear of the sport and have achieved a substantial win over your fear.

The thirties are the time when you are actually starting to get a stable career and earn enough to meet your own and your family’s expenses. Learn to Take Responsibility and Apologize
When you make a mistake, own up to it and accept the consequences. However, this is easier said than done and learning it takes courage and the ability to hold up against the consequences. However, if you do keep at it, you will not only become a better person for it but also be a very respectable human in eyes of those around you.
