4. Be Around Positive People
One of the best things you can do for your mental well-being is to surround yourself with positive people. You become similar to the five main people that you surround yourself with, so make sure they’re good.
If you surround yourself with people who have a positive mind, it’ll only be a matter of time until this effect wears off on you too.
5. Exercise
Exercise produces hormones like endorphins and serotonin which can make you feel happy. You should try and work out at least three times a week for at least thirty minutes.
This way you’ll have enough endorphins to get you through the week and change your mindset!
