Most people would argue that wellness is subjective, and there’s much truth to that. Especially for mental wellness, what is wellness for you may not be wellness for another person. So is there one universally accepted definition of wellness.

What Are These Six-Interdependent Dimensions?
Universally, these six dimensions of wellness are namely:-
Emotion dictates our outlook on life. If we’re happy and loving, then life’s a breeze, but if we’re angry and hateful, then life is miserable. To conquer the emotional dimension, you need to:-
- Be responsible for your actions even if you don’t want to
- Embrace mistakes and learn from them
- Laugh whenever you get the chance
- Have a positive attitude towards life
- Have relationships rooted firmly in mutual trust and respect
Your body is a temple, and as such, you have to clean and maintain it properly. That means you need to exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet, and avoid alcohol and other controlled substances.
