It’s easy to forget to drink water, so try to keep a bottle with you throughout the day!

2. Floss

Do you floss daily?

Brushing alone isn’t enough to keep your teeth clean. Without flossing, plaque and bacteria build up on your teeth, eventually causing tooth decay and gum disease.

That’s why it’s a crucial part of oral hygiene.

If you’re still not satisfied with your smile, smile makeovers can make your teeth straighter, brighter and whiter.

3. Exercise

Exercising is one of the most important things you can do for your health.

These distractions can become a constant source of stress. Try to find a window of time every day to escape them. It could be as simple as turning off your phone and laptop an hour before you go to sleep.

5. Sleep Well

Speaking of sleep, make sure you’re getting enough.

If you don’t, your mental and physical health will both start to suffer.

When you don’t sleep enough, your immune system is lowered, leaving you more susceptible to illness. We’re not just talking about the common cold. Insufficient sleep puts you at a greater risk of heart disease and strokes, too.
