They aren’t as harsh on the body as traditional medications and have fewer side effects than manufactured drugs. Here are some common natural remedies for women’s health issues.

Black Cohosh

This natural medicine comes from a plant in the buttercup family. Dr Ryan Shelton suggests It be used to relieve menstrual pain and discomfort. Chaste Tree
