2. Eat a Healthy Breakfast

While it’s easy and convenient to get take-out for lunch with some friends, it’s not the healthiest option. Try planning ahead, make a big healthy meal once a week and separate it into containers to take to work with you throughout the week.

Also, focus and plan ahead on healthy snacks. For snacks, you can do a piece of fruit with some nuts for a healthy option. If you don’t have time to make your lunches in advance, plan ahead and find healthy meal options in your area.

When planning a healthy lunch, focus on healthy proteins such as poultry and fish. Make sure to have veggies with your meal as well. Say no to vegetable oils, and yes to avocado or olive oils.
