A big bowl of salad is enough to fill your stomach and will help you maintain the calorie deficit. If you don’t like raw salad, then you can add a few fat-free sauces to it for the taste. At least a month or so before your wedding day, pledge not to eat out. Say a big no to all the junk food, street food, and processed food.
