We suggest you add a good quantity of fiber into your diet. Fibers have minimal calories and are high in volume which provides satiety. It also helps remove fat and improves metabolism. A big bowl of salad is enough to fill your stomach and will help you maintain the calorie deficit. If you don’t like raw salad, then you can add a few fat-free sauces to it for the taste. Try to consume more of homemade food. You should also add more organic products into your diet. One more thing which most of the brides-to-be miss out is keeping themselves hydrated. Things Which You Definitely Must Exclude from Your Diet
At least a month or so before your wedding day, pledge not to eat out. Say a big no to all the junk food, street food, and processed food. - Fresh fruits like pineapple, kiwi, watermelon, avocado, berries, etc
