Unfortunately, you won’t always be able to deliver if you promise customers the world. Ensure you have a clear understanding of what’s possible and do your best to meet those expectations.

4. Not Breaking Communication Barriers

You can only grow your business so much if you stay in one country. Eventually, you’ll need to enter foreign markets if you want to keep growing. The problem is that not all of these countries will speak your language.

You need a team that is fluent in the languages that your customers speak. If you can’t afford to hire these people, you’ll need to work with a translation service to tell you what people say.
