Zeo has compiled much data from it's users. This is implied to be "Normal" sleep data. Wouldn't the average Zeo user be "Below Average" when it comes to sleeping? Most "Above Average" sleepers would not consider using Zeo because they don't have a problem with sleeping. This means that most Zeo users would be "Below Average" at sleeping.
This applies to myself because I would consider myself to be "Below Average" for sleeping. Would most Zeo users consider themselves to be "Below Average" at sleeping, at least before they bought Zeo?
The point of this posting is to say that Zeo sleep data may not be "Average" or "Normal", it could be "Below Average". If true, then this should be taken into account when comparing yourself to others.
If this is true, could Zeo create "Recomendations" for ZQ, Deep Sleep, REM Sleep, etc? For example, it seems like the Deep Sleep recomended value would be higher than the average value.
Zeo is a good product and company. I appreciate their efforts at improving sleep.
