Zeo bedside unit reports ZQ of 53 regardless

Howdy, I have had the Zeo bedside unit pretty much since it came out. All of the sudden I am getting a 53 every night (I would say for the last 10+ days), no matter how long or short I sleep. But on the clock I clearly show varied sleep cycles and it is obviously tracking my different cycles like it normally has, so I am guessing that the algorithm to calculate the Z quality is somehow broken or asleep at the wheel itself. Is there any way to fix this or perhaps reset the clock to get it thinking clearly again? Anyone else ever report this issue? Oh, I have replaced the band fairly recently and it is tight around my forehead too.
