ZEO BedSide - Internal Battery

I have a question about ZEO BedSide (Ipourchased one last week): When the internal battery will drain, it will be possible to replace it?, in that case, How?.

If not possible, how much time it could be work fine, and in that case what can affect the device use without it?

I have a Zeo Bedside and lately it started saying "Battery Drained in Headband at XX:XX"  within 10 seconds of putting it on. What should I do now?  Can it be replaced and how much will it cost.?

What good is a forum if nobody answers?
