What have I bought?

English

Just bought my Zeo from mylocal Apple store in the UK.  All the literature on the site talks about the 'Zeo Sleep Manager Pro' and the 'Zeo Sleep Manager Pro+' but mine does not mention the word Pro anywhere.

I wouldn't normally bother but on reading the support info it says there is updated Firmware but should only be used with the Pro+ and not the Pro as it will cause issues.

Have I bought an even older obsolete version or is my device secretly one of these Pro models and if so, how do I tell what I have got and if it's Ok to load the Firmware update?

Thanks

It should say on the box what you bought. There's the bedside one (large unit, uses an SD card) which was their first model. After that, they came out with the "Zeo Mobile" which had a headband and a dock, and used bluetooth to communicate with your phone for data transfer. That has since been renamed to the "Sleep Manager Pro+" (but is the exact same thing, just new marketing). They also have the "Sleep Manager Pro" which doesn't contain the dock, and instead has a microUSB port on the unit. According to Zeo, the latest firmware version for the Pro+ (formerly known as Mobile) is 0.56, which you can verify by looking under "Diagnostics" in the Zeo App Settings.

How do I know all this? Because I asked a very similar question a couple of weeks ago. :) But I had to email to get a response. :(
