About Zeo Headband Firmware

Each Zeo Mobile headband is powered by a particular type of software, or "firmware", that controls how the headband works, from sleep phasing algorithms to bluetooth connectivity. We designed this firmware so that you can update your Zeo as we roll out new product improvements.
 
The latest version of the firmware features a stronger connection between your headband and your mobile device.

 

How To Update Your Firmware

1.Download & Install the Charge Dock Driver

To start things off, you may need to install a driver in order for your computer to communicate with the Zeo charge dock. Download the driver, then install it by double-clicking the file once it has finished downloading.

*Note: sometimes this driver is pre-installed on your computer, so don’t worry if your computer tells you that it is already installed..

2. Plug Zeo Charge Dock into your Computer

Using the MiniUSB-to-USB cable included in your Zeo Mobile packaging, plug your charge dock into your computer and place your headband on the dock.

After you placed your headband on the dock, make sure the charge light is blinking (to indicate that the headband is securely on the dock).

3. Download & Install Headband Updater

Next, download the Zeo Headband Updater software, then install it by double-clicking the file once it has finished downloading.

4. Update Your Headband Firmware

Open the zeo-headband-programmer wizard (that you installed in the last step), then follow its instructions to update your headband firmware.
