syncing apps on-line

Zeo iPhone app won't log in or sync

After my first night's sleep using my Zeo Mobile with my iPhone, I logged in mysleep.myzeo.com to see my chart on a larger screen. It wasn't there. I looked for a "sync now" button in the app and didn't find it. So I thought maybe I would log out and log back in. I hit the "log out" button in the app. Now when I try to sign back in, I get a spinning busy indicator which never goes away (I never get logged in).

My next step would be to reinstall the app, but I'll lose last night's data.

When is data sync'ed from iPhone/iPad?

After trying your iPhone/iPad app, we noticed in the morning the data from the night before is not showing up on our chart.  The app said it would sync with the on-line database but does not say when.

Data from the previous days is there but we don't know when it gets there or how to tell the app to go ahead and sync now.

Is there a way to make the app sync when we get up in the morning?

Any help is appreciated.
