Smart Wake never works

Hi, I have Zeo mobile and am using my Android 2.3.7 phone.

The problem is that even though I have set Smart Wake to a 40 min window, it never works. The alarm only rings when the end of the window is reached.

In the graph (attached) I can see that Zeo detects me as half-awake or even fully awake, but still, no alarm.

I have latest Zeo software version (from android market): 0.0.56. HW version: 2.0.1. It has been doing this for a few months now, although I only have it 3.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I also have noticed that the smart wake never works..... very disappointing.

It works for me, but I have the bedside monitor. I purchased it from Best Buy and looked at both models. The price difference was $50 more for the bedside monitor and I figured that it would be more reliable than my cellphone which is why I got it. I have noticed a lot of android programs have glitches, so that raised a red flag. I love the bedside monitor, it wakes me up every time in a 30 minute window.
