Sleep numbers too good to be true?

English

According to last night's data, I went to bed at 10:01, took 15 minutes to fall asleep, woke 3 times (total 9 minutes), got up at 5:55 just before the alarm went off, and got a total of 7 hours 33 minutes of sleep, including ...

... 3 hours 3 minutes of deep sleep??? And 1 hour 46 minutes of REM sleep, for a  ZQ of 108. If the data is to be believed, I dropped directly into deep sleep, and spent most of the next two hours there. Then I woke up briefly three times, falling directly back into deep sleep the first two times.

(For those of you who would kill for an hour of total deep sleep: Please don't hurt me....)

How'd I feel? It took me five minutes to roll out of bed, but I was able to do a few minutes of exercise, shower and shave, and still catch the 6:55 train I'm typing this from. I guess that has to count as a good night's sleep.

If nothing else, in the month I've had my Zeo, it's made me aware of how much time it takes from "I'm going to bed now, just as soon as I do a few things" to "I'm trying to fall asleep now." That's helped me get to bed earlier and sleep more. It's a keeper for that alone. (But way overpriced if that's all I can count on it to do.)

I'm a little skeptical of everything else it reports. Do I, like this reviewer on Amazon, have a weird brain? Am I some sort of freakishly good sleeper? Is maybe something broken?

What do you folks think?  --PSRC (reported monthly average ZQ: 85)

First night on Zeo Mobile here... I had similar numbers. Slept 7:30, Z score of 116. 3:37 of deep sleep! 1:46 of REM! Felt okay when I woke up, but like I could have used another hour of sleep.

Unlike the reviewer mentioned on Amazon, Zeo absolutely nailed when I feel asleep and also the 5 minute bout of wakefulness I had at 1AM, so I know it's not just making stuff up.
