Short nights

I go to bed around 10:30 PM and get up around 4:30 AM.  I have used ZEO for about a month.  Almost, every night the pattern has been exactly the same.  I get done with my deep and REM sleep and then between 1 AM and 2 AM I am either awake (not conciously, but as measured by the device) or in light sleep until the alarm goes off at 4:30 AM.  If I lengthen the wake up time such as on week-ends, same thing happens and my Z score does not go up becuase the additional Z time  is negated by longer wake time and number of times woken up.  In other words, the message I am getting from the measurements is that I can't sleep for more than 3 hours and if I try, it is very poor quality sleep.  Is it because I am not tired enough to sleep an entire night?
