I am decoding my DAT files with ZeoDataDecoder.jar

 

Can someone explain to me how is time_to_z calculated?

 

For example this situation:

 

?time_to_z =  0:05 (  10 epochs)

base_hypnogram = .....wwwwwwwrrrrrrrrrlll

 

The ?base_hypnogram shows 5 dots and then 7 "w", so I would expect time_to_z to be 7 epochs, but it is 10, why?

Hi miernik - 

The time to Z measurement starts at the point where the headband detected that it was on the head and the head icon lit up on the bedside display. This precedes the first time where wake was recorded and does not appear in the base hypnogram.
