I have noticed a software bug in the Bedside Display since receiving my Zeo last year. On the screens that show the previous seven nights' sleep data, the two oldest of the seven nights display the wrong date and day of the week, repeating the date of the third-oldest night. For example, the previous seven nights in my Zeo are currently 7/10 through 7/16. But for the 7/10 and 7/11 sleep data, the date is shown for each as Monday 7/12. When using Zeo every night, it's easy to figure out what the actual dates must be, but more difficult when any nights have been skipped.
My software version is 2.6.3. I haven't discovered any other bugs, but I am surprised that no upgrades have ever been released. Are there plans to add any additional functionality in the future?
Thanks for posting! The issue you raise is something that our development team is aware of and actively working to resolve. This is an inconsistent issue with the bedside display. Currently we are unable to determine the source. It’s important to note that this issue only affects the date associated with viewing historical sleep data on the bedside display. It does not affect how sleep data is written to the SD card or how sleep data is uploaded to your myZeo account.
In the meantime I would suggest clearing all sleep data off your bedside display. Before erasing data from your bedside display, make sure you have uploaded your most recent collection of sleep data to the myZeo website. Follow these steps to erase all sleep data off of bedside display:
Locate the Settings button on the top of the bedside display. (The Settings button is the first button to the left of the arrows)
Press the Settings button.
Next, press the Right arrow button six times to scroll through to the options screen until the words “sleep data” appear in the lower left hand corner of the display.
Then hit the Down arrow twice to erase your sleep data.
The information that you’ve shared with us is extremely helpful as we continue our efforts to improve Zeo’s software. We truly appreciate your feedback and are taking it very seriously. In the future when a software update is available, we’d be happy to contact you and let you know.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or additional feedback!
