I am trying to do an experiment where I takes a supplement at a specific time in the night and would like to look at the results of that. I look at the 30 seconds readout in the CSV file. Does that data start the moment I put the myzeo headset on, or does it start to read at the point that I fell asleep? If its the recording after I was asleep, what is the recommendations for computing the time it took me to go to sleep and the time when I woke up to take the supplement and then back to sleep to see its effects?
Here is what it would look like:
|12:00 start sleep|----------------------------------|2:00 wake up and take supplement|---------------------------------|9:00 wake up|
Another option could be
|go to sleep at a random time|-------------------|2 hours later timer goes off waking me up (supplement)|---------|random time wake up|
both would depend on how the myzeo records the data with the 30 second graph. Hope I make sense here.
Thanks,
Lee

Is there a way to have the myzeo alarm wake you up after a spec
Is there a way to have the myzeo alarm wake you up after a
specific amount of actual sleep time? Like after it has determined I am
sleeping?
Thanks!

Hey Lee - Sorry for the delay in our response. Zeo starts record
Hey Lee - Sorry for the delay in our response. Zeo starts recording as soon as you put the headband on and the CSV file will reflect just that. Zeo will record exactly what you suggest in your first post above if you are wearing the headband the whole time.
There currenly is not a consumer-friendly way to use the alarm to wake you up after a certain amount of sleep (or after a certain ZQ), but there are some folks hacking Zeo using our Raw Data Library (http://blog.myzeo.com/forum/ze.....a-library/) to do just that...
