low ZQ number

Hello,

I just ourchased a Zeo mobile, and have been using for about a week and a half. My ZQ numbers have all been in the single digits, except two days those were 11, and 10. Is this normal. I went to bed last night at 10:30 and wore my Zeo, but it did not start registering until 2:00 am. I went to sleep and it was on, but when I woke up it had 2:00 am t 6:10 am. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong, or this is the way it is intended to be used. Any help is much apprecited. P.S. I also take naps on the weekends, and wear my headband for those short naps, could that be this issue?
