Loosing connection

My zeo is only 6 days old and when you tap on the headband or move around a bit it looses the JEB icon I have it as tight as can be and When i go to sleep it records most of everything. By the way im only 14 years old. Could it be that my head is too small or my head dosent conform to the sensors very well. I also keep my cell phone and other wifi devices far away from it so it cant or maybe interfeirience
