Loosing connection

when I place the headband on my head it sometimes looses the JEB icon. Especially if i tap the sensor a few times it loses the wireless icon and it comes back on in a few seconds. Is this normal i get the data but i get worried about this kind of stuff

Dear Mark,

I can't help you with losing the connection, but I would like to point out the difference between lose and loose!

lose = opposite of find

loose = opposite of tight. (You can remember this by remembering that loose is so loose that it lets out too many o's)!
