We do a lot of talking around here about how important sleep is.

We also jabber on about how we don't get enough sleep.

We may even mention that if we all just slept a little more, we'd be better people. We'd be superstars. We'd be awesome.

And in case that's not enough to convince you to go to sleep, this recent study from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, shows us that beauty sleep is exactly what it sounds like. If you're sleep deprived, you just won't look as good.
