My Zeo score is almost always in the 90s and yet I feel like I slept very little and am extremely tired. I'm thinking maybe I am not getting enough deep sleep? How much deep sleep is usually needed each night.
Here is an article from our Knowledge Center that gives you the breakdown of the sleep stage average times according to age. It also gives you the averages by age AND gender takes from about ~1000 users from our DOZER database: http://www.myzeo.com/sleep/knowledge-center/articles/whats-your-zq.
Keep in mind, these are averages. "Normal" sleep exists in relatively broad ranges and what your sleep could be nothing about which to be concerned. Check it out and I hope it helps!
According to your article my sleep is ok, but still I feel that I am not taking enogh sleep, because of that reason I am not able to active during day time.
