As a proud owner of a new Zeo Mobile headband paired with my HTC Evo Shift 4G phone, I'm excited to be beginning to track my sleep and learn from it...
However, I'm having a bit of an odd problem--or you may consider it a non-problem. Here's the deal: at night when I take the headband off of the cradle, the Android app immediately detects the change, as it does when I put on the headband. But the mornings are rather different--around half of the time, the mobile app can't tell when I've docked the headband--it continues to say it's tracking my sleep data. No amount of undocking-and-redocking, pressing the button, etc. makes a difference--it still says it's tracking my sleep (now with an empty graph) until I leave the house and/or disable Bluetooth--then the app warns me that it lost connection with the headset and that my sleep data is lost. (I have also tried re-pairing the Bluetooth as in the trobuleshooting steps, but it's no different.)
Despite this apparent failure message, I still see that each night's sleep data did get uploaded to MyZeo! So, do you think I should just not worry about it, or might there be another fix I could try?
