I've been using Zeo for the past few weeks now and I seem to be getting very interrupted sleep. Zeo was reporting me waking 12-14 times a night on most nights.
However I recently had Botox injections in the forehead and around the eyes, this has limited movement of the muscles in that area. I didn't use the monitor for the first few days afterwards but when I began using it again I noticed a significant drop in the number of waking Zeo was reporting, down to 6-7 times a night, and this has consistently been the case so far.
How I feel the next day hasn't really changed. So my question is does Zeo measure muscle movement as part of its calculations in which case it would seem that Botox would affect measurements.
Would this assumption be correct?
