My problem isn't falling asleep, it's waking up 8-10x/night for 5-10 minutes each time. I have no medical conditions (sleep apnea, restless legs, wife who wakes me...) and good sleep hygiene. I never get more than 2hrs at a time and although I get a good ZQ, I don't quite believe that these awakenings don't have more of an effect on ZQ than the score shows. Any thoughts on what to do? Sleep meds don't help, I just wake up groggy! ??Hyperaware, and if so, how does one address that. Thanks.
