Sharing A zeo

We have one zeo sleep machine in our house. We are both experimenting with tracking our sleep and want to set the machine for multiple users. Say we want to alternate use every other night, just an example, is there an option for this, such as "user A, user B"? If not, how do I set the machine each time to be clear of other user's data? And can I set up two online accounts with the same serial number?

Zeo is a single-user device, it's not designed for multiple users.  You each need one.

Hi there, The Zeo is designed to be used by one person at a time, so there is no way to set it up for multiple users. However, if you would like to trade off nights, after uploading the data to a mySleep account, you can erase the data from the Zeo and SD card by using the Erase function in the Settings. In regards to setting up an additional account, please contact customersupport@myzeo.com so we can help you set that up! In your email, please include the original serial number of your device.
