Hello...new user here...second nights data uploaded but then first nights disappeared.
When I uploaded, it said "No new nights found" but updated it all to last nights sleep data and wiped out the one that was there from yesterday.
Is it possible to recover the first nights data and why did this happen in the first place?
Any help is appreciated...

further info...CSV file shows all data from 2nd night but only manually changed data from first night.
Only shows room conditions, perceived sleep score...etc. but the day is listed on the CSV file.

Hi RaKmUp,
Thanks for posting! There are a couple of reasons this could have happened, so here are a few tips:
- Always make sure that the SD card is inserted in your bedside display while you are recording your sleep
- If the SD card was not in the bedside display, it may be possible to retrieve the data if you insert your SD card before another night of sleep is recorded. If it's been a few days since the night when the SD card was not in the bedside display, it is not possible to retrieve that night of sleep data.
- Make sure that you put the headband back on the charger in the morning when you wake up before removing the card.
Additionally, it’s possible that your sleep data was flagged as Incomplete Data. Incomplete Data means that at least 25% of your night of sleep was not successfully recorded. “Incomplete data” is a signal that your data is likely not as representative of your sleep as it should be. It is often caused by the headband falling off or sliding around your head.
Give it another try tonight, and see if the problem resolves itself. If after this troubleshooting you continue to see no new nights to upload, please send your ZEOSLEEP.dat file to customersupport@myzeo.com, so we can look into it!

I've just lost 5 night's data thru user error and hope to reclaim it!
I upload data every Sunday night. Today I took a nap with the headband on and when I do that I upload the week to date so that I can delete the nap after reviewing the information. That way I can continue with nightly data collection after clearing the SD card.
I just uploaded the info and deleted the nap. I wanted to update the journal but, for the first time, that page wouldn't allow me to go back any earlier than last night (Thurs.). After multiple tries I decided to delete the uploaded nights to start over again. But I got, "We found no new nights of sleep on your SD card". I put the card back in the display then tried uploading again, to no avail. Last night (Thurs.) is still in my journal.
Is there any way to reclaim and upload this data?
TIA
