Did I miss something?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to setup the Zeo RDL to see sleep phase and brain wave in real time. 

I have followed all the steps I think: 

- Change firmware

- Purchase and modify cable

- install RDL, 

- installed required libraries for the GUI viewer provided as an example.

 

I plugged the Zeo to a random USB port. When I run the GUI viewer, I get the "port scan" window which only propose me COM1 (I have made the install on windows). Then I can see the plot the the signal is flat.

How can I verify (on windows) that the COM1 port is the on Zeo is plugged in?
