Hello
I did look at the charts and normal % of deep sleep looks like it is around 24% I have been getting a lot more then that often over 30%.
My think it this could mean to things either
1. my sleep is very effective and i might not need so much as the avg human?
or
2. I need more sleep and getting so much deep sleep is for me a way for the body to say that?

We've had an interesting
We've had an interesting discussion about why you sometimes get more deep sleep, and sometimes less. Were you vigorously exercising when getting these 24% nights? There's some thought that, if our bodies need to do more repair, we spend more time in deep sleep. Maybe if you're sick this holds as well. Just a thought. Be interested if you're always this high, or if it modulates with the "body repair" going on.
