Confusion

I'm very confused.  This forum is "ask the experts" but on the other hand it's not moderated by Zeo so there are no experts!  While I think the forums are a great idea and way to generate excitement (and business I suspect), posts go for months without responses so I assume people give up thus the lack of posts.  I wonder how good this is for business as I'd imagine that another company will eventually come out with a competing product and this would be the way to build customer loyalty..... Just my thoughts, anyone else think differently?
