I have the Zeo bedside and the mobile, but when I use the mobile during travel (which really is the only time I use it), I have an issue where it never records all night long. I seems to catch about 1.5 hours after I go to bed and then 1.5 hours before I wake up. I also notice it wakes me up one hour earlier than I set it for, which is highly annoying. I have thus changed the time to wake me to be 8 AM if I want to wake up by 7 AM. I see no time zone settings in the application, so not sure how to fix it other than this silly hack.
I should note that I have updated the firmware or the mobile headset, so I know I am not running buggy software per se. I also am using the iPhone (instead of the iPad). I make sure the headset is charged too, so not sure why it is failing to record all night long. I am never more than six feet from the phone, so there seems to be no reason I would be losing contact in the middle of the night.
Any ideas why the mobile is not working? It totally throws off my data, for instance last night I slept near 7 hours and it shows I slept 3.5, grr!
Thanks!
Shannon

Hi Shannon,
Hi Shannon,
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Zeo Mobile. To begin with, unfortunately, the issue with the alarm is a bug that our developers have been made aware of, and a fix is on the way in an upcoming app update! We completely understand how frustrating it is to have your alarm go off at the wrong time!
There are a couple things that could be causing the headband to start recording after you have been wearing it for a while. The first thing you should check is if you see the JEB icon (little man wearing the headband) in the app after you've put the headband on. It can take up to a couple minutes for it to appear as the sensor pads adjust to your forehead. If you are not seeing this pop up within five minutes of putting the headband on, please let us know, so we can try some additional troubleshooting. The headband may not be making a good contact with your forehead and may need some adjusting.
You can contact us at customersupport@myzeo.com when you have tested out whether or not you get the JEB icon!

Same problem Zeo doesn't capture all the nights readings!
I have used the device three times and have not fully recorded a full nights sleep yet! it starts okay but seems to intermittently stop recording.
I don't know if I should return it, for something that should work straight out of the box it seems a little flaky?
only registered 2.5hour of sleep!

Intermittent Recording
sa
I've been trying to use my zeo headband at night for the past few months but it consistently cuts out at various times over the course of the night. Sometimes it will slow 4 or 5 separate sleep events and sometimes it will show breaks in my sleep with no data recorded.
Please help!
Thanks

Zeo Mobile, having the same
Zeo Mobile, having the same problem with "not recording data all nite" but seems to me that the issue is in fact connectivity (bluetooth).
Last two times the problem happened, first thing I did check was the BT status of the device and sure enough, it shows disconnected. Damn !
Yes, latest firmware on the device and latest app (iphone 3g)
This leads me to a feature I miss a lot: a device heatbeat indication so when connection goes away, the heartbeat indicator stops (or lite up) so the application running on the phone (or else) knows it should do someting. It is imperative that the connection is reliable and resilient otherwise it just yet another gizmo to fumble with ( and I'll tell you, when I am ready to hit the sack, I don't want to be sidetracked by anthing else at all).

Partial recording
Just got my for the iPhone and wore it all night for the first time. It shows 4hrs sleep when I slept almost 7 hours. Does it subtract what it records as "awake" time from the total hours slept.

My experience with this
Just to add my info, my new MyZeo recorded a full night the first three times I used it, but last night it stopped recording after only two hours. Don't know why; I didn't do anything differently.
