After trying your iPhone/iPad app, we noticed in the morning the data from the night before is not showing up on our chart. The app said it would sync with the on-line database but does not say when.
Data from the previous days is there but we don't know when it gets there or how to tell the app to go ahead and sync now.
Is there a way to make the app sync when we get up in the morning?
Any help is appreciated.

Syncing w/iphone 4s/zeo sleep manager pro upload to the website
Last night was my first ... initial problems include not recording all night and data was not uploaded to the website. I am registered and have read all comments with regard to both problems. I will try tonight to record my data on the headband and then import my data in the morning to see if everything imports smoothly to the iphone 4s.
Any suggestions about how to get the data to upload will be appreciated.

Manual Push & Confirmation?
This looks like a small amount of data, so it should not take long, unless there is a lot of negotiation overhead with the web app. I noticed that I lag at least one day. This is annoying, because I also like to fill in the log, while I am still fresh.
Perhaps a confirmation as well as a manual push option might be useful?

Derek, thanks for the quick follow-up.
[Ed.Note: Wish there was a way to get notified when a response comes in, it took me awhile to even find my question again.]
We will monitor this. It would appear the "Stop Tracking" did not work since that is what prompted this message in the first place. The phone is connected to the network and when I pressed "Stop Tracking", got dressed, check the website from another machine, the data was definitely not there.
It did later show up. At this writing, all the information for every night is there. So maybe there was some anomaly. We will report back after our next go.

Same problem here...
It uploaded the first 2 nights, but not the last 2 I have used it. I have signed out and signed back in, but I only get the twirly working icon. After about 10min I just hit the back button to get out.
The only way was to hard close the app and reopen it.

Same problem here, What would really help if we could have manual sync button somewhere in the app. As for now I can't sync data between my iphone and site. I have tried from home and my office and it always takes 10 min to perform it.
