I'm just wondering how to handle the hour of being awake that is required when using the "Wake Back To Bed" method? Should I be removing the headband for that hour, but not putting it on the charger? And then putting the headband back on when I go back to bed for my final hour+ of sleep? Or should I not be using the Zeo at all for the final sleep period?
Just seems like the Zeo isn't quite made to work with WBTB very well and my ZQ scores will suffer because of the need to get up for an hour in the middle of sleep. Suggestions?

Hey Spiral. If you put the headband onto the charger for an hour
Hey Spiral. If you put the headband onto the charger for an hour or so, then choose to get back to sleep - you can put it back on your head and it should pick up where it left off - and it won't affect your ZQ, and the battery won't run down/turn off the headband. Actually, if you fall asleep, then dock the headband, you have about a 4 hour window to put the headband back on and continue sleeping for it to be considered the same "night". The whole time the headband is docked will be scored as "unknown" and won't count against your ZQ.
Hope that helps. Let us know how it goes.
