I bought the Zeo Mobile because even though I was getting enough sleep most nights, I was still feeling groggy many mornings when my alarm woke me up in the middle of heavy sleep. I wanted something that would know when I was NOT in heavy sleep (REM or deep sleep) and wake me up then... Zeo seemed like the perfect answer.
The great thing about the Cause and Effect chart is that it works with your Sleep Journal. This means that when you customize the chart, there are a number of different options to choose from so you can really zero in on what is affecting your sleep.
For example, if you wanted to see how your Time in Deep was affected by your Level of Activity, just select Time in Deep from the left-hand drop down and Level of Activity from the right.
The Trends chart allows you to see trends in your sleep habits, which is terrific because you can start to figure out what your habits are and how they affect your sleep.
The Sleep Journal is a vital component of the Zeo experience. It allows you to record how you felt about your previous night of sleep. This will give you some real insight into the quality of your sleep. After all, getting a good night’s sleep means feeling like you got a good night’s sleep.
