Can't get Zeo mobile to work

I have Zeo mobile which I am using with an Android (HTC Legend) phone. I can get the headband to pair with the phone and I can get the app to say that data is being recorded. However, in the morning, after a night's sleep wearing the headband, I can find no data anywhere? The history tab on the app is blank and, even though I am logged into my myZeo account and, apparently, syncing there is no data online either.

Is my headband faulty or am I doing something wrong?

I am having the same problem as Mark. The only difference is, I'm using the iphone vs android.

Seems to be an issue... mine is also not recoding anything at all - the diagnostics work to detect on/off the dock; blue light can be turned on and off using the iPhone commands;

It doesn';t detect that it's on "my head" at all, that can splain why no data is collected :/

I am also unable to collect any data while sleeping even though the "recording data" screen appeared. I have tried this at least 3 times.
